delgara.com is the public knowledge base of BounceZero Ltd, a UK company that operates one of the busier email validation and delivery networks in Europe. Everything here is written by the engineers who actually run the infrastructure.
delgara.com is owned and edited by BounceZero Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17153835), with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Our main product, BounceZero, is a high-volume email verification and deliverability platform serving customers from solo founders all the way up to enterprise marketing operations.
We have been running production mail infrastructure since 2023. The network sends transactional and verification traffic from over a hundred dedicated IP addresses across multiple data centres in Europe and North America, on a custom-built MTA stack that handles many millions of messages per month.
Email is, paradoxically, both the oldest piece of internet plumbing and one of the most poorly documented. Spinning up a database cluster takes minutes; explaining why the welcome email lands in spam usually takes hours, and the answer is rarely written down anywhere useful. The gap between "the SMTP server returned 250 OK" and "the message arrived in the inbox" is enormous, and most documentation that exists is either marketing copy from email service providers or fragmented forum threads from a decade ago.
delgara.com is our small contribution toward closing that gap. Every article on this site is written by an engineer who has actually operated the system being described — not a content marketer, not an SEO agency, and not a generative model rephrasing Wikipedia. When we explain DMARC alignment, the explanation comes from debugging real alignment failures in our own production traffic. When we describe an IP warmup curve, that is the curve we actually use.
The team behind BounceZero has hands-on experience with:
We do not pretend to know everything — deliverability is a moving target and the major providers change the rules without notice — but everything published on delgara.com reflects what is actually working today on real production traffic.
The process is simple. A member of the postmaster team writes a first draft based on real cases they have handled. A second engineer reviews it for technical accuracy, runs every code snippet and DNS example, and verifies that any third-party tool we recommend still behaves as described. We update articles whenever something changes: when Gmail rolled out the bulk-sender requirements in early 2024, for example, every authentication guide was revised within the week.
If you find a mistake or something out of date, please email postmaster@bouncezero.io. Corrections from working postmasters are always welcome and we credit the contributor when they want to be named.
delgara.com is funded by BounceZero, but each guide is written to be useful regardless of which validation or delivery vendor you use. You will see references to BounceZero where they are genuinely relevant, but we do not pretend ours is the only viable solution. When another tool is the right answer for a particular job — MXToolbox for one-off DNS lookups, Postmark for low-volume transactional sending, Postfix for self-hosting — we say so.
